Plot Summary
The main events of the movie include Captain John “Johnny” Plumb and Lieutenant Colonel “Wally” Whittaker as members of the British Army fighting in WWII. They are in the Isle of Wight and feel bored by their work because they think it is petty when compared to the rest of the war which is taking place.
So as to fulfill the longing they endeavor the two men set forth to get more active in the battle and devise a plan to seize a German base in France. Their working agreement is filled with so much highhandedness and silliness that projects such a formation of tattered soldiers.
