Troubled Child

The film examines the problems enduring Cora, a news boy adopted with Reactive Attachment Disorder Dr. HIS WIFE an often seen in neglected and abused children. The Williams family embraces him in joy but the happiness is short-lived as Carl scares every of his adopted ‘members’ by his outrageous behaviour that worsens after the family dog gets swiftly murdered. The film addresses some of the complexities of parenting a child with RAD, and in particular the effects of this condition on the adoptive famil: its instant where it will be noticed is in the mother’s psyche.

Jolene Adams directed the film which stars Andy Scott Harris in the lead role of Carl and Leslie Stevens, and Carlton Wilborn as Carmen and Zeb Williams respectively-Dee Wallace is seen in her role as the family’s systemising psychiatrist: how to resolve the family’s problems. Despite the interesting plot reported in the promo, the film caused mixed feelings among the audience mainly due to mundane acting and production design.
