The movie was first shown at 2022 Berlinale in Panorama section and the harsh, candid view of modern slavery abuse and human rights was projected immediately which made it quite scandalous. Mukhabbat is played by Zukhara Sanzysbay, Zhanna by Ludmila Vasilyeva, Tolibzhon Suleimanov.
