Synopsis
The story revolves around an old mother Jin living in a remote village, who is found to suffer from a brain tumor. Eager to get her mother better medical treatment, Jenny clashes with her younger brother Qing, a tour guide whose attitude towards life is that it should be faced as it is without any complaints. As this family struggles with the last months of Jin’s life, they are reminded of their shameful detachment not only from their roots but from one another, compressing their story into one of forgiveness and growth.
