Casting Crowns: Home by Sunday mentions 20 years that the band has been offering their music and ministry to bring children of God together. As the name suggests, the documentary casts light on the life of Mark Hall, the band’s frontman and the composer of all its songs, within the framework of his duties which is being a youth pastor. The film shares the story of how the band’s members would choose to make it to church every Sunday. The documentary covers many of the bands inspirational moments such as the health prior to some of their biggest hits.
Casting Crowns: Home by Sunday premiered only for one night on November 30, 2023, under the direction of Greg Smith as AGM Studio. The project was promoted by Trafalgar Releasing.
