The short opens with a defeated Vector crash landing on the moon. His latest scheme to steal the moon (again) went awry, leaving him stranded. Determined to return to Earth and continue his villainy, Vector uses his gadgets in increasingly ludicrous attempts to build a rocket ship.
Meanwhile, a curious minion stumbles upon Vector’s frantic attempts. Despite the potential for teamwork, Vector’s villainous instincts take over, leading to slapstick hijinks and misunderstandings. Will Vector learn to cooperate, or is he doomed to be a permanent resident of the moon?
